Port Dalrymple Year 11 & 12 Facility

Port Dalrymple School was established in 1999 and is located in George Town, Tasmania. The school provides education to students from Kindergarten to Year 12, from the surrounding community. Due to existing accommodation pressures from a growth in Year 11 & 12 programs and an increase in adult enrolments at the Trade Training Centre located on the school site, an unused block was refurbished to create a dedicated facility for the Year 11 & 12 cohort.

Our design maximizes the existing infrastructure and creates separate contemporary teaching and learning spaces with a breakout area and student social space. Staff offices, a kitchenette as well as student lockers, amenities and a separate entrance complete the transformation.
