In 2022 ARTAS were approached by eL Conveyancing to undertake a refurbishment of two existing tenancies within EXA House to create a new headquarters.

Responding to post-covid work practices and the sensitive nature of the firm’s work, the fit out incorporates space for up to 20 workstations, supporting a variety of working styles including; open plan areas, small group and individual offices, sit/stand arrangements and several flexible meeting spaces. Communal kitchenette facilities are also included, along with an open plan reception with direct street entry

Working within an approved corporate colour palette, the fit out utilizes a variety of soft finishes and tones including timber, carpet and paint to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for staff and clients.
