ARTAS was engaged to refurbish two existing tenancies within EXA House to create a new headquarters for eL Conveyancing.

The fit‑out responds to contemporary work practices and the sensitive nature of the firm’s work, placing equal emphasis on focus, privacy and ease of interaction. A range of work settings supports different ways of working throughout the day, including open‑plan areas, enclosed offices and adaptable meeting spaces. These are complemented by a shared kitchenette and an open reception with direct street access, providing a calm and welcoming arrival for clients.

The interior has been shaped to feel warm, considered and comfortable, recognising the importance of environment in supporting both staff wellbeing and client trust. Working within the client’s established corporate palette, soft materials and finishes—timber, carpet and muted tones—are layered to create a sense of warmth and quiet confidence. The result is a tailored workplace that feels personal and thoughtful, supporting the everyday rhythms of work while offering a welcoming and professional setting for clients.
