The Burger Bar is situated in the circa 1910 Hotel Federal in Wynyard, on the Tasmanian North-West Coast. The client’s vision was to provide a different dining opportunity to the community with relaxed vibes and enjoyable atmosphere that celebrates life in the region.

ARTAS embraced this vision, adding elements of soft green to the furnishings and creating custom graphics to contrast against the warm timber finishes. The design incorporates two different dining rooms; the ‘booth room’ fit-out is a nod to the hotels past while the ‘works hall’ centres on communal tables providing spaces for family and strangers to meet and share.
