ARTAS was engaged by the Central Coast Council for the design of the Ulverstone Cultural Precinct.

The Ulverstone Cultural Precinct, a bold vision of the Central Coast Council has recently been completed. Now named ‘The Hive’ is set on a council owned parcel of land which had all existing building infrastructure demolished or relocated to create a greenfield site for this exciting project. A challenging site flanked by the Western Railway line and beside the Cenotaph Clocktower our building design creates its community heart around a north facing civic space that links back to the centre of Ulverstone.
