Longford Recreation Ground Redevelopment

ARTAS were engaged to design and improve the facilities at the Longford Recreation Ground for the Northern Midlands Council.

This redevelopment made the Smith Street site home to new modern and accessible change rooms and amenities designed to regional AFL standards as well as new umpire and doctors’ rooms and additional storage.

New roofed viewing areas for spectators, a new kitchen and kiosk and flexible event spaces enhanced the functionality for the user and landscaping and new car parking also improved the services and accessibility available to the community attending events.

The redevelopment was completed mid 2019
