St Brendan-Shaw College ‘Westcourt Centre’

The redevelopment of the existing ‘Shaw’ block at St Brendan-Shaw College, Devonport, Tasmania officially opened in April 2015.

Now known as the ‘Westcourt Centre’ at the school, the brief was to convert the existing space into a new general learning areas as well as dedicated grade 7 learning centre.

Works included:
– Extension to existing classrooms
– Addition of bi-fold doors to open up existing learning spaces.
– Enclosure of existing courtyard, effectively doubling the learning space.
– Creation of tiered student conference lounge and a dedicated presentation area.
