ARTAS in the News: $1.5m Meercroft Park redevelopment impressive: Mike Gaffney
The quality of the multi-sport playing surface at Devonport’s Meercroft Park has always been first-class.
Now the once inadequate and outdated Meercroft Park pavilion building matches the well-utilised sporting grounds located across the road from Bluff Beach.
“It’s like chalk and cheese what’s there now compared to what was there before,” Meercroft Park Facilities Committee chairman Mike Gaffney said.
Mr Gaffney recently toured the completed $1.5 million redevelopment.
