Administration Officer - Maternity Leave Cover
ARTAS Architects are seeking applications from experienced administration candidates to cover a 6-7 month maternity leave position commencing in mid-July, Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 2.00pm, in our Launceston practice. The successful applicant will be a talented and motivated professional, able to contribute excellent organisational skills and a great attitude to a collaborative and energetic working environment.
- Skills in the Adobe suite, in particular InDesign.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent literacy and communication skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated – ability to work independently and achieve required results
- Ability to positively liaise with people on all levels and backgrounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on a range of tasks
- Provide assistance with marketing, including website and social media.
