The Silo Hotel is the redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silos. Erected in 1960 the grain silos are 35 metres high and 10.5 metres in diameter. Located at the edge of the Tamar river at the confluence of the North Esk river.
The Silo barrels will be divided in two to create 52 hotel rooms in the grain silos themselves and a new North tower will house a further 56 room for a total of 108 rooms.
On level 1 a restaurant and café, meeting rooms conferencing all have views of the Tamar River. On ground level an undercover car park along with all back of house hotel operations along with a gym and other tenancies.
